Corey Turner

Corey is the founder and Lead Pastor of Activate Church. Formerly a Victoria Police Officer and Personal Trainer, Corey holds a Bachelor of Ministry from Tabor College and is a graduate of the Arrow Leadership Program. Being a pastors kid, Corey has grown up in the church and been in full time ministry for over 10 years, serving as a youth pastor and itinerate preacher before planting Activate Church in 2006. Corey's faith-filled leadership and prophetic preaching activates the call of God in people's lives. His passion is to build the church and preach in the power of the Spirit. He is husband to Simone and proud father of 3 awesome kids, as well as being an author of 2 books, a daily blogger, runner, golfer and supporter of the Essendon FC (AFL) and Chelsea FC (Premier League).

Simone Turner

Simone is one of the founding members of Activate Church and supports her husband Corey Turner in his role as Lead Pastor of Activate Church. She has ministered in various High Schools as a Chaplain and now, with her husband Corey, as one of the Lead Pastors at Activate Church. Simone has a passion to see people awaken to the reality of God in their lives and has written a book for young girls called No Ordinary Girl, which has now been translated for the benefit of victims of prostitution in Thailand. She is also passionate about seeing people's lives changed by the Gospel of Jesus Christ and about being a voice of truth and hope. Simone is wife to Corey and the proud mother of 3 beautiful children.
